Paul, a marvellous man - loved by so many and admired by all. He managed to combine integrity with fun, and was always thoughtful and considerate. I am grateful for the support he gave me over the years and like everyone, I will miss him. We will miss his humour, his sensible approach to public health issues, his diplomacy, his advice and chats about cycling. Dilys
